Shipping Policy
If you've just placed an order, please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing and production before your order ships. Shipping times typically range from 5 to 14 business days. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions may cause delays. While most packages arrive on time, delivery issues caused by the shipping company are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so without penalty within 24 hours of placing it. If the item has already shipped, please send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL" to initiate the process.
We usually ship every item with extra padding to prevent damage, but occasionally, items may still arrive damaged due to mail service mishandling. If this occurs, contact us with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We will be happy to send a replacement free of charge.
